Automations: Condition Action
The Condition Action is used during an Automation to choose between two paths based properties of the Player. For example you might want to send one email if the player has played your "Pirate's Cove" room but a different one if they haven't. Or send a different reminder email to an Enthusiast vs a new player.
To create a Condition Action action click at the point in your Automation that you'd to introduce two different paths and select .
You can select which properties of the Player you wan tto use for your condition. For example above we're checking if the Player has booked or played "ACME Room". Once youv'e done that you can click Save then you can add different lists of Actions for "Yes" (if the conditions you've set are true, in this example if the Player has played the room) or "No" (if the conditons you've set are not true, for example if they've NOT played the room).
