Buzzshot can upload 'team photos' automatically to albums on your business facebook page but you will need to create your albums with the correct corresponding names – as explained below:

Sadly facebook no longer allows Buzzshot (or any third-party service) to create 'albums' for you (facebook changed its policy in early 2020) but if you create a bunch of albums manually on your own business facebook page then Buzzshot can certainly still automatically upload all your team photos to those appropriately named albums. Note: facebook will let you create multiple albums at the same time and well in advance so you don't need to spend your own time doing it every month – just create a bunch for the full year ahead well in advance.

Facebook has a hard maximum limit of ONLY 1000 photos per album so if you operate a very busy escape room we recommend creating an album every month for each room so that your albums never fill up. So your monthly photo album names on facebook should follow Buzzshot's default album naming convention/format of: {{month}} {{year}} - {{room}}

Following the above default format {{month}} {{year}} - {{room}} settings you would need to manually create albums on your own business facebook page that match your actual room names in this format:

Monthly albums are the popular choice for most escape room businesses but maybe you prefer to have weekly albums. This can be done by utilising the format {{last_monday}} to {{next_sunday}} and you would need to manually create albums on your own business facebook page that match your actual room names in this format:

{{last_monday}} to {{next_sunday}} - {{room}}

• 12 May 2025 to 18 May 2025 - Horror House
• 19 May 2025 to 25 May 2025 - Horror House
• 26 May 2025 to 1 June 2025 - Horror House
• 2 June 2025 to 8 June 2025 - Horror House
• , etc.

Facebook will let you create multiple albums well in advance so you don't need to spend your own time doing it every month (you can even add a years worth of albums or more in advance). As long as the albums you create are empty then they won't be publicly visible to your facebook visitors, but as long as they exist and have the correct album names then Buzzshot will automatically see them and upload to them when appropriate. Once an album has a photo in it facebook then makes it public.

To create your albums manually, login to your facebook business account (make sure it's the correct account for the business) and manually create photo albums on your facebook page that have the exact same names as above (the spelling and spaces need to be exact). Once done, Buzzshot will then be able to identify them and will upload team photos appropriately.

If in a years time when your album's run out and Buzzshot can't find an appropriately named one to upload to, our system will automatically email you to warn and suggest you create a new bunch of albums.
