📸 Photo & Video Consent

By participating in activities at River City Escape Room, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken of you and your group during your experience, including within game rooms and lobby areas.

You grant River City Escape Room and Cutting Edge Escape LLC permission to use these images and recordings for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, digital advertising, and printed materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify staff prior to your experience, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

⚠️ Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

This agreement releases River City Escape Room and Cutting Edge Escape LLC from all liability relating to injuries and/or illnesses that may occur during or as a result of participation, including but not limited to physical injury or communicable diseases.

By agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge the risks involved in escape room activities, which may include minor injuries such as cuts, abrasions, or bruising, as well as more serious injury or illness.

I voluntarily choose to participate and agree to hold River City Escape Room and Cutting Edge Escape LLC entirely free from liability, including financial responsibility for any injuries or illnesses incurred, regardless of whether caused by negligence.

I confirm that I do not have any conditions that would increase my risk of injury during participation.

You have the right to request a paper copy instead. By agreeing electronically, you waive that right. You may request a copy of this agreement at no charge.

🔐 Confidentiality of Game Content

To preserve the experience for all guests, participants agree not to photograph, record, or share clues, puzzles, solutions, or any confidential elements of the game rooms.

Photos and videos of your group enjoying the experience (especially in designated photo areas after the game) are welcome and encouraged.

River City Escape Room reserves the right to restrict or remove any content that reveals game details.
