Buzzshot can integrate with Google to request Google reviews from your players. It can also pull in any reviews you get on Google and display them in the Buzzshot interface to help you keep track of them all.

To use the Google integration go to the reviews and feedback settings page, and select a Google business profile. You can select a different Google profile for each of your rooms if you need to but most people will just select one default one.

Once you have connected Google a "Please review us on Google" button should appear in your emails and on the SMS landing page, if it doesn't appear for you it may be because you have some custom settings, get in touch with us at support@buzzshot.com and we'll sort it out!

We will also download your reviews from Google once it is connected, usually within a few hours. We will then download new reviews regularly.
