Buzzshot can automatically upload photos of all completed groups to your company Facebook page as described in this article.

Some escape room owners like to upload photos to Instragram too. Sadly Buzzshot does not have a direct integration with Instagram. A bit more detail on why and what's possible:

Instagram is extremely focused on highly curated content, not automated posts, so they don't allow many third-party services to post directly to Instagram. If Instagram ever change their policy on this we (Buzzshot) would very likely implement a direct integration but at the moment our hands our tied by META (who own both facebook and Instagram and have different policies for both).

Alternatively, you can use our Zapier Integration to set up posts to Instagram. You will need a Zapier account, then create a Zap (in Zapier) and connect it to Facebook to trigger the photo uploads to Instagram (all done via Zapier). Basically, Zapier will create a post on Instagram every time Zapier sees a new team photo uploaded to facebook. BUT a) it only works if you have an Instagram business account that is connected to a Facebook page b) it isn't guaranteed to work forever because META changes things regularly, and c) Zapier is a paid for service so it isn't free, especially if you are uploading large numbers of photos
