Buzzshot can integrate with TripAdvisor to request TripAdvisor reviews from your players. It can also pull in any reviews you get on TripAdvisor and display them in the Buzzshot interface to help you keep track of them all.

To use the TripAdvisor integration to the reviews and feedback settings page, and add the TripAdvisor profile url. You can select a different TripAdvisor profile for each of your rooms if you need to but most people will just enter one default one.

Once you have connected TripAdvisor a "Please review us on TripAdvisor" button should appear in your emails and on the SMS landing page, if it doesn't appear for you it may be because you have some custom settings, get in touch with us at support@buzzshot.com and we'll sort it out!

We will also download your reviews from TripAdvisor once it is connected, usually within a few hour. We will then download new reviews regularly.
