Yelp reviews
Buzzshot can integrate with Yelp to request Yelp reviews from your players. It can also pull in any reviews you get on Yelp and display them in the Buzzshot interface to help you keep track of them all.
To add the Yelp integration to the integrations settings page, find Yelp and click "Connect". This will let you select your Yelp business profile by pasting in the URL. You can select a different Yelp business for each of your rooms if you need to but most people will just enter one default one.
Once you have connected Yelp a "Please review us on Yelp" button should appear in your emails and on the SMS landing page, if it doesn't appear for you it may be because you have some custom settings, get in touch with us at support@buzzshot.com and we'll sort it out!
We will also download your reviews from Yelp once it is connected, usually within an hour. We will then download new reviews once per day.
